Unimog Motorbike Carrier
One of my favourite builds to date. Back in 2022, our client needed a way to take his motorbike touring without the need for a trailer. We relocated the original spare wheel mounts and fabricated a complete motorbike carrier that allows the bike to be easily winched on and off the camper, right down to ground level. The deck features plenty of tie-down points, and when not in use the carrier pins up securely and tucks neatly away. A pretty unique solution for a pretty unique rig

Custom galvanised roof rack for a tradie's trailer - designed to carry long PVC pipe lengths. Fitted with a spring-loaded folding latch door for quick, easy loading.

Custom Mud Guards
A few sets of custom mud guards fabricated recently. Off-the-shelf guards work fine for a lot of vehicles, but sometimes custom is the better call, especially with non-standard tyre sizes, lifted suspension or tricky fitment, whether that's a 4x4 build, a work vehicle or something headed out to site. We match the exact dimensions of the vehicle or trailer, work around existing components and clearances, and get the fit and finish right. Everything's designed around the actual tyre size, suspension setup and mounting points, not forced onto a standard guard. From simple replacements to fully custom builds, we make them to suit the job.

Mining Camp Signage Skid
A mining client needed a durable, freestanding signage skid for a newly established camp turn-off. We fabricated a custom directional steel skid, sized to suit their signage and built tough enough to handle wind, weather and remote-site conditions. Easy to relocate as their site develops

A local builder needed a strong, low-profile support system capable of carrying heavy stone slab benchtops while fitting neatly within the finished cabinetry. Finished in gloss black and ready to accept the stone work.

Go-Kart Trailer Build
One of our clients had always planned to turn this rusty old trailer into a dedicated go-kart trailer but had never found the time to get it done. We fabricated a complete enclosure frame with a drop-down tailgate, allowing the go-karts to be easily loaded and unloaded. The floor was sheeted and the trailer was stripped back to remove the surface rust, leaving it ready for the client to finish sheeting himself. A good example of turning an old trailer into something purpose-built and practical.

Custom Trailer Rack
Our client needed a practical way to carry longer materials and equipment while still keeping the trailer accessible for everyday use. We fabricated a custom rack system with a removable rear bar, allowing easy access into the trailer when needed while still providing plenty of support for longer loads. A simple, practical setup designed around how the trailer actually gets used.
